Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers a hybrid working arrangement with roles for Korean and Japanese speaking professionals. The office location includes Petaling Jaya/Bangsar, with working hours from 9am to 6pm. The positions are permanent, with visa sponsorship/renewal available and a total package up to RM13,000.

Responsibilities include OTC and AR tasks such as orders, invoicing, and collections, supported by benefits like EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency TOPIIK Level required.
• Japanese language proficiency JLPT required.
• Experience in Order-to-Cash or Accounts Receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• OTC (Order-to-Cash): Manage customer orders, invoicing, payment follow-up, and account reconciliation to ensure timely collections.
• AR (Accounts Receivable): Handle customer accounts, invoice processing, payment allocation, reconciliation and collections.
