Job summary

Asia Recruit in Malaysia is seeking candidates for Japanese and Korean speaking roles within OTC and AR processes. The position is permanent with a hybrid work arrangement and located in Petaling Jaya/Bangsar area, with visa sponsorship available.

The roles involve managing orders, invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable activities. The company offers a total package up to RM13,000 and a structured 9am–6pm work schedule.

Qualifications

• Japanese & Korean language skills are required.
• Experience in OTC/AR processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• OTC (Order-to-Cash): Manage customer orders, invoicing, payment follow-up and account reconciliation to ensure timely collections.
• AR (Accounts Receivable): Handle customer accounts, invoice processing, payment allocation, reconciliation, and collection follow-ups.
