JINGGONG INDUSTRIAL BUILDING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations in Malaysia. The role covers data entry, invoicing, receipts and payments, and bank reconciliations, with responsibility for maintaining full sets of accounts under MFRS.

The incumbent will support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensure timely monthly closes, and assist internal and external audits while liaising with statutory bodies.

Qualifications

• Preparation of monthly close and financial reports.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance operations including data entry, invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain full sets of accounts in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts and preparation of financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support audits and liaise with statutory bodies (LHDN, SSM, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all finance-related matters.
• Support finance process improvement and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance operations including data entry, invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain full sets of accounts in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts and preparation of financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support external and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules.
• Liaise with LHDN, SSM, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory bodies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all finance-related matters.
• Support finance process improvement and internal control compliance.

China-Malaysia Communication & Coordination:

• Act as the main contact point between Malaysia and China teams for finance, and operational matters.
• Facilitate smooth communication by translating documents, emails, and meetings when necessary.
• Coordinate financial transactions and reporting between China and Malaysia teams.
• Provide administrative support to ensure alignment between both offices.
