Job summary

Wynkids Sdn Bhd in Kota Damansara is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to handle daily financial operations and maintain accurate records. The role covers accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring, with a focus on timely supplier payments and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting with 1–2 years’ experience, strong English, and good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting is required.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• English proficiency; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL accounting software.
• Training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure timely payment of suppliers.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (10am-7pm)

Your Role Would Include:

• Handle daily finance operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure timely payment of suppliers.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

The Ideal Candidates Should Have:

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Accounting.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the account post.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on SQL accounting software.
• Training will be provided
