Payment Arrangement: Coordinate and process payments to vendors, suppliers, staffs claims and cash book management for subsidiaries in a timely and accurate manner.

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation for subsidiaries.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with group standards.

Operational Support: Provide administrative and financial support for subsidiaries’ back-office operations.

Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with finance managers and cross-border teams to support reporting and operational needs.

Qualifications & Experience
