Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a treasury professional to manage daily operations, bank reconciliations, and FX reporting within a multinational finance environment. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• 2-5 years working experience, experience within multinational corporations (MNCs), public listed groups, corporate banking groups, or large conglomerate financial divisions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Treasury Operations: Upload and maintain daily bank statements in Kyriba; update mapping rules and daily bank balances.
• SAP Transactions: Process customer collections, supplier payments, forex transactions, bank interest and charges, and other currency payment entries accurately and on time.
• Payment Processing: Manage payment templates, Kyriba batch payment uploads, SAP payment runs, payment approval tracking, and vendor remittance advice.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile SAP bank balances with bank statements and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
• Foreign Exchange (FX) Management: Maintain forex forward and spot contracts, update SAP forex transactions, and prepare monthly FX gain/loss and forward summary reports.
• MTM & Reporting: Prepare monthly SEA forward reports, support MTM accounting entries, and provide reports for internal audit, management, board meetings, and regulatory requirements.
• Fixed Deposits & Banking Trade facilities: Process FD placements, maintain daily cash balances, and prepare banking facility drawdown documentation.
• Vendor & Bank Coordination: Review and approve vendor bank details, coordinate banking-related queries with AP/AR teams, and liaise with banks on transactions.
• Regional & Shared Services Support: Support finance shared-service activities and treasury requirements for regional entities.
• Other Projects: Participate in ad-hoc finance projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
