Role Responsibilities
- Processing monthly claims, AP invoices, petty cash, and payment records.
- Monitor daily bank balances and cash requirements for the company.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & update fixed assets register and ensure proper tracking of fixed assets.
- Identify, report, and resolve accounting-related operational issues, discrepancies, and abnormal transactions.
- To assist in preparation of management accounts and all supporting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- To perform general administrative work, maintain systematic filling.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks assigned.
Role Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance studies.
- Fresh Graduates or 1 to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply for this role.
- Good MS Excel, Words, and knowledge in ERP system.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
