Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd' s joint venture YLTC is seeking a Finance professional to oversee AP, AR, and GL functions, ensuring timely processing of financial transactions and accurate records.

You will prepare monthly accounting records, costing and inventory reports, and regulatory submissions, collaborating with the finance leadership and cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with AP, AR, and/or GL is preferred.
• Strong monthly accounting records and financial reports ability.
• Knowledge of costing, inventory management, and regulatory reporting.

• Added advantage if proven experience in managing AP, AR, and/or GL functions.

• Strong proficiency in preparing monthly accounting records and financial reports.

• Knowledge of costing, inventory management, and regulatory reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.

Job Descriptions:

Manage AP, AR, and/or GL Functions:

• Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) functions of the company.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Prepare Monthly Accounting Records:

• Generate and prepare monthly accounting journals, ledgers, and other essential accounting records.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.

Costing and Inventory Reports:

• Prepare costing and inventory reports to support decision-making processes.

• Conduct regular analysis to optimize inventory management.

Regulatory Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting accurate and timely regulatory reports.

• Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting accounting and finance activities.

Support in Accounting and Finance Activities:

• Provide support in various areas of accounting and finance activities as assigned by the finance leadership team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall organizational financial goals.
