Job summary

RiDiK is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting automation, and performance analysis. You will deliver actionable financial insights and collaborate with Business Units and Group Finance to support strategic decision-making.

The role focuses on process automation, reporting efficiency, and building robust financial models to improve accuracy and speed of financial insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial performance management.
• Experience with financial reporting automation and process improvement is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and billing processes.
• Develop and enhance cost centre, expense, and financial trend reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and cost analysis activities.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights into variances, drivers, trends, and risks.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Units and Group Finance on performance forecasts and queries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting enhancement, and automation.
• Maintain accurate financial data and ensure compliance with policies and controls.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role will focus on process automation, reporting efficiency, and delivering actionable financial insights to support business and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive automation of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and billing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and enhance cost centre, expense, and financial trend reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and cost analysis activities.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights into key variances, business drivers, trends, and financial risks.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for business and finance stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Units and Group Finance on financial performance, forecasts, and finance-related queries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting enhancement, and automation.
• Maintain accurate financial data and ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
• Perform other ad hoc financial analysis and duties as assigned.

Qualification:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related accounting function.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial performance management.
• Experience in financial reporting automation and process improvement is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, macros, and VBA.
• Proficiency in SAP and relevant finance modules.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
