Luxoft seeks software engineers to join a new technology centre in Kuala Lumpur supporting banking and finance applications. You will work with business, operations, and development teams to ensure stable production support and timely resolution of incidents.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in finance application development and strong UNIX/Windows, SQL, and ITIL experience. Join a growing team delivering scalable financial tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application development and support in Banking/Finance.
• Finance knowledge for GL, MAS, GST, regulatory reporting.
• Experience on Unix/Windows platforms and batch scheduling tools.
• Proficient in Oracle/MS SQL, Unix/Linux, Control-M, shell scripting; SAP GL, Ray, Basel knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide application support to business users and resolve queries promptly.
• Lead incident resolution to meet service level targets and document actions.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of incidents.
• Proactively manage incidents and problems; coordinate with teams for releases.
• Collaborate with development for resolutions and production transitions.
• Follow ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Participate in DR/BCM activities and infrastructure upgrades.
• Monitor capacity and analyze performance to forecast needs.
• Contribute to management reporting and central project initiatives.
