You will oversee monthly close, budgeting, and audits while mentoring junior staff; strong Excel and ERP experience are essential to ensure accurate financial data and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, MIA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent Excel, strong communication, analytical and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Control: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily accounting functions like invoicing, vendor payments, and general ledger maintenance.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, accounting standards, and manage internal/external audits.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Collaborate with management to develop budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial data for trends.
• Team Leadership: Supervise staff and senior accountants, delegating tasks to ensure efficient operations.
