Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a Finance Analyst to review monthly forecasts and budgets, analyze financial and non-financial information from business units, and prepare consolidated schedules for the Group.

You will provide support to Country Finance, coordinate with external auditors, and participate in system implementation or improvement projects such as requirement gathering and UAT. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy & quality in monthly, forecast and budget submissions from business units
• Perform analysis of the financial and non-financial information submitted by business units
• Prepare monthly and budget consolidated schedules for the Group
• Provide support and guidance to Country Finance
• Coordinate and support external auditors during interim and year-end audit
• Assist in system implementation/improvement project, such as requirement gathering, UAT, etc.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis for Management
• Account custodian of Singapore Corp HQ accont
