Job summary

Toll Group, Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Division Office Control. The role focuses on reviewing monthly forecasts and budgets, performing financial and non-financial analyses, and consolidating schedules for the Group.

You will support Country Finance, coordinate audits, and contribute to system improvement projects. Key duties include ad-hoc analyses for Management, requirements gathering for UAT, and acting as custodian of the Singapore HQ account.

Qualifications

• Proficient in financial and management reporting.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to coordinate audits and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy & quality in monthly, forecast and budget submissions from business units.
• Perform analysis of the financial and non-financial information submitted by business units.
• Prepare monthly and budget consolidated schedules for the Group.
• Provide support and guidance to Country Finance.
• Coordinate and support external auditors during interim and year-end audit.
• Assist in system implementation/improvement projects (requirements gathering, UAT).
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis for Management.
• Account custodian of Singapore Corp HQ account.
