Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites an experienced Senior Finance Analyst for a 1-year contract to join our Global Finance Services team. You will lead month-end close, ensure balance sheet integrity, and partner with business units to provide actionable insights.

This role requires strong R2R, financial reporting, tax compliance, and process automation using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and ERP systems. CPA/CA preferred; multi-entity experience essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
• 8+ years in GL, financial reporting, R2R, or controllership.
• CPA/CA qualification (completed or pursuing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with journal entries and reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Provide variance analysis and financial insights to FBPs and business leaders for decision-making.
• Act as finance contact for balance sheet issues and reconciliation differences.
• Support statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.
