Luxasia is seeking a Finance Auditor/Analyst to support Malaysia finance in statutory submissions, closing, and day-to-day operations. You will work with shared services, operations, auditors and tax advisers to ensure accurate accounts and timely reporting.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance with 2–3 years of relevant experience including external audit, and strong Excel/SAP skills. Knowledge of Power BI and e-invoicing is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience including external audit.
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Proactive, organized with clear communication; cross-team coordination.
• ACCA or CPA or equivalent qualification; SAP experience preferred.
• Power BI or Power Query knowledge; IST/SST or e-invoicing exposure encouraged.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, retail or shared services.

Responsabilités

• Support statutory reporting: monthly IST submissions and records; assist with financial statements.
• Coordinate tax-related and government reporting; review stamp duty requirements.
• Handle e-invoicing submissions, reconciliations and exceptions.
• Support monthly closing: journals, accruals, provisions; reconciliations follow-up.
• Manage receivables: review overdue balances and AR clearing with teams.
• Collaborate with O2C, P2P, and R2R for accurate accounting.
• Assist with stocktakes, admin tasks and finance-related projects.
• Coordinate audit and tax support with auditors and tax agents.
