Job summary

AG Staffing Malaysia is seeking a Finance & Compliance Manager (Manufacturing MNC) for Perai/Butterworth. The Senior Manager - Finance and Compliance oversees financial reporting, treasury, accounting, and statutory compliance, ensuring proper controls and compliance with contracts.

Qualifications

Degree in accounting from a recognized university or professional qualification.
Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position.
Audit, tax and management consulting experience is an added advantage.
Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance and accounting department to develop, implement and maintain the financial, accounting and costing system.
Ensure timely financial reporting for management reviews and decision making.
Manage the company's financial resources and maintain optimum and efficient utilization of such resources.
Develop and maintain an efficient and effective internal control procedures to safeguard the assets of the company.
Report to shareholders and corporate office on all financial matters required.
Ensure that all personnel under concerned department are properly trained and competent in their job.
