NexGen Media Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a finance clerk to manage daily cash flow, record transactions, and ensure accurate financial operations. You will work with the finance team to safeguard funds and ensure adherence to financial policies.

The role involves handling cash receipts, bank transfers, and accounts payable, with opportunities to assist in monthly and annual reporting and audits. Fluency in English or Malay is required, with Chinese understood spoken.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cashier or in a related financial role.
• Familiarity with financial software and proficiency in office applications.
• Strong numerical sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and strong time management skills.
• Fluent in English or Malay, with the ability to understand and speak Chinese.

• Manage daily cash receipts and disbursements, including cash, checks, and bank transfers.
• Record all financial transactions and update financial systems in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain cash reports and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of accounts.
