Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of finance experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or distributor markets.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated industries is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Anaplan) preferred.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and detail orientation.
• Demonstrates digital agility to improve processes and insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with market commercial teams to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Lead annual budget, forecast, and rolling estimate cycles with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze performance, identify risks/opportunities, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Review distributor and vendor payments for correct financial treatment.
• Own SEA OPEX planning/tracking and support regional finance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain robust financial documentation.
