Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Malaysia is seeking an Associate Finance Manager – Surgical Vision to partner with the Malaysia market on financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role supports SEA OPEX planning and manages financial operations for a regulated distributor-led environment.

As an individual contributor, you will drive budgeting cycles, analyze performance, and provide clear financial insights to stakeholders, while ensuring compliance and robust controls across the SEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant finance experience (FP&A, commercial finance, or distributor markets).
• Experience in financial business partnering is essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Malaysia market team to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Lead annual budget, forecast, and rolling estimates with accuracy and timely submissions.
• Analyze performance, identify risks/opportunities, provide financial insights to stakeholders.
• Review deal models, pricing scenarios, and investment cases per internal guidelines.
• Support monthly close activities including accrual reviews and variance analysis.
