Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd. MedTech Malaysia seeks an Associate Finance Manager to partner with commercial leadership and cross-functional teams, driving financial performance across the Surgery portfolio in Malaysia.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, delivering strategic insights, governance, and decision support to maximize growth, profitability, and operational excellence within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning & analysis capabilities (budgeting, forecasting, P&L)
• Experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering in healthcare/medical devices preferred
• Ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with local, regional, and global teams
• Provide financial leadership and decision support to drive growth and profitability
• Conduct performance analysis: sales, pricing governance, gross profit, and cost management
• Incorporate market trends and customer insights into financial planning and investments
• Ensure governance, internal controls, SOX compliance and audit readiness
