X Consultancy Group SDN BHD is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role supports financial operations and ensures the accuracy of our financial records, contributing to data integrity and smooth accounting functions.

You will assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting while maintaining well-organized records and collaborating with colleagues across departments in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or professional qualification in accounting/finance
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy
• Assisting with the preparation of financial documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate and organised financial records and documentation
• Performing general administrative duties to support the Finance team
