Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, accounting, IS, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in application/support, preferably finance/ERP.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, and GL.
• Solid technical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business users.
• Experience with IFCA or similar platforms is a plus.
• SQL knowledge is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for enterprise finance systems focusing on AP, AR, GL.
• Act as main support contact for Finance users and guide process improvements.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Support day-to-day finance operations and period-end activities.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and RPA projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
• Maintain documentation and support audit/compliance requirements.
