Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Financial Analyst II to analyze monthly results, prepare variances, and support finance leadership. You will collaborate with functional leaders to understand drivers and provide actionable insights.

You will partner with department managers, develop ad hoc financial reports, and contribute to annual budgets and rolling forecasts, leveraging Excel and Power BI to deliver clear narratives and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years in Accounting or Finance; 3–6 years preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Makes recommendations and works on P&L reporting and variance analysis
• Support ad-hoc projects, including developing financial reporting for ad-hoc projects
• Liaise with department managers and communicate financial analysis
• Design and production of key management reports with narrative explanations
• Business partnering support to specific business functions
• Assists in budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts for partnered operations
