Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Finance, Procurement, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
• Willingness to learn and adaptability to new processes and systems
• Basic understanding of finance or business administration principles is advantageous
• Reliability and punctuality are essential

Responsibilities

• Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record maintenance
• Support the finance team with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping duties
• Prepare and organise financial documents and reports as required
• Liaise with internal departments to gather information and facilitate communication
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Assist with routine office management activities, including scheduling and correspondence
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team's operational needs
