Job summary

Sinobridge in Malaysia seeks a versatile professional to support administrative, accounting, secretarial, and ESG business development operations. This role offers exposure to financial data management, statutory compliance, and client services within a growing ASEAN-focused consultancy.

You will contribute to forecasting, reporting, and project activities while assisting with tax computations and company registrations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to manage basic accounting tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with careful handling of records and data.
• Capable of coordinating multiple tasks and projects under supervision.
• Good communication and organizational skills for secretarial support.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the department's operations.
• Update records and processing letters.
• Update and maintain statutory registers and records.
• Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system.
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
• Handle account closing up to the monthly trial balance, income statement and balance sheet.
• Preparation and review of tax computation and Form C.
• Assist clients for GST registration.
• Incorporate and register new companies.
• Prepare resolutions in writing and minutes of meetings.
