Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting processes.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry.
• Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain payment records.
• Manage customer payments, supplier invoices, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and related financial documents.

• Handle daily administrative and documentation tasks.
• Assist with filing and document organization.
• Coordinate internal matters and departmental communication.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
