Job summary

Wintop International Food Sdn Bhd in Sunway, Selangor is seeking a Diploma or higher in Accounting to join the Finance & Accounts team. The role covers daily accounting tasks, data entry, invoicing and maintaining payment records, with duties spanning both finance and admin support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry
• Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain payment records
• Manage customer payments, supplier invoices, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding payments and related financial documents
• Assist in preparing accounting and audit documentation
• Handle daily administrative and documentation tasks
• Assist with filing and document organization
• Coordinate internal matters and departmental communication
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
