Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd is hiring a Finance & Accounts Assistant Manager to join our finance team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

You will coordinate tax, audit, and regulatory compliance while supervising the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of accounting/finance experience, 2+ years in a supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of accounting/finance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST and tax compliance.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; AutoCount is a plus.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing or trading is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations and month-end close.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Coordinate tax, audit, and regulatory compliance with authorities.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, treasury and cash flow.
• Monitor performance, identify variances and risks, provide improvements.
• Support process improvements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely financial information.
• Maintain financial reports, dashboards, and finance systems automation.
• Supervise and review work of finance team.
• Support ad hoc finance projects.
