Job summary

Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad in Subang Jaya invites applications for an Accounts Associate role. You will assist in monitoring prepayments, expenses, petty cash, and reconciliations.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field is required. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, plus SAP and MS Office experience, is expected. Immediate start is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting/Business & Accountancy or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and SAP System.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring prepayment/charges out on a monthly basis for insurance, license and services.
• Monitoring all rental and overseas transactions to ensure correct capture in the system.
• Checking every payment and controlling expenses by monitoring aging.
• Handling petty cash on a daily basis.
• Ensure all statements and reconciliations are done on a quarterly basis.
