Search Music Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts & Finance Executive based in Puchong to maintain financial records and support reporting duties for the company.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar finance role, proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, and a degree in Accounting or Finance. You will work with the finance team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Ability to communicate in any Mandarin dialect is an added advantage.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement and maintain effective internal controls
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as required
