• Knowledge of ERP or accounting software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers and documents.
• Support reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable and receivable.
• Help compile data for financial reports and statements.
• Perform data entry and verify accuracy of financial information.
• Assist with invoice processing and expense documentation.
• Support journal entries and general ledger processes under supervision.
• Organise and file financial documents according to procedures.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing procedures.
