Job summary

Ni Hsin Food & Beverages Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a finance professional to oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate processing, timely reconciliations, and strong internal controls in a dynamic F&B environment.

The role also covers cost accounting, budget monitoring, and support for month-end and year-end close, with involvement in audits and asset management. A proactive, detail‑oriented candidate will thrive in this team.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Finance or Accounting, with 3–5 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial controls and compliance requirements
• Demonstrable experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general ledger management
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable operations and control.
• Responsible for the cost accounting operation and control, including the monitoring of budget and expenses.
• Preparing and maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records, including credit control activities
• Supporting month-end and year-end close procedures, including reconciliations and accrual adjustments
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance and resolve audit queries efficiently
• Monitoring and processing of the Company Bank Account and related cash activities.
• Responsible for stock and fixed assets management, coordinating scheduled asset audits, registration and others related.
• Supporting the finance team on ad-hoc projects and special assignments
