Job summary

YICK HOE GROUP OF COMPANIES in Malaysia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers' sites, provide servicing, inspection and maintenance support for steel moulds, and resolve mould-related issues.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure prompt service, report technical issues identified during site visits, and travel to customer sites as required while maintaining moulds in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field is an advantage
• Experience in production, warehouse operations, or technical sales is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to customers' sites as required
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' sites to provide servicing, inspection and maintenance support for steel moulds
• Assist customers in resolving mould-related issues
• Ensure steel moulds are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Coordinate with customers and the internal team to ensure effective service support
• Provide feedback and report any technical issues identified during site visits
• Perform any other ad-hoc assigned by the management
