Job summary

MEGA Food Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a newly joined technician to work closely with senior technicians on-site. You will assist with installation, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery at customer sites, while developing practical skills through hands-on training.

A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work across languages will help you succeed. Travel to customer sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant technical experience are welcome.
• Experience with mechanical tools and equipment is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working at customer sites and performing hands-on technical work.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for customer site work.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
• Assist with machine inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair at customer sites.
• Support senior technicians in identifying and resolving mechanical and technical issues.
• Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company guidelines during on-site work.
• Develop knowledge and technical skills through hands-on training and on-the-job experience.
