Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics) required.
• Willing to travel to any location within Malaysia or overseas at short notice.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; experience preferred in electronics/mechanical controls for engines & turbines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to workshop and customers on power management controls, electronic governor systems, and control panels.
• Liaise and coordinate with customers on project aspects and work stages.
• Assist in sales calls and planning/presentations.
• Ensure adherence to correct procedures in course of duty.
• Prepare quotations for hardware sales, field service, and tender proposals.
• Offer consultation on product configuration and application to customers.
• Collect data and market intelligence for business analysis and decisions.
• Lead technical proposals and project involvement.
• Undertake field service duties including troubleshooting or installation as required.
• Identify weaknesses and suggest improvements in work processes.
• Comply with QMS & OHSAS requirements.
• Perform other duties as requested by Manager.
