Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain equipment– Regularly check fire alarms, sprinkler systems, extinguishers, hydrants, and emergency lighting.
• Perform preventive maintenance – Service equipment on a schedule to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Test fire systems – Conduct routine testing of alarms, detectors, pumps, and suppression systems.
• Troubleshoot faults – Identify and fix issues in fire alarm panels, sensors, wiring, or water systems.
• Keep documentation – Maintain logs of inspections, maintenance work, and test reports.
• Coordinate with authorities – Work with fire safety inspectors and building management during audits or inspections.
• And other responsibilities and authorities assigned by the superior from time to time
