Job summary

Bateriku (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a lively customer service associate to join our team in Malaysia. Responsibilities include stock checks, assisting customers, and contributing to video content for marketing.

The role requires a SPM or equivalent, willingness to work shifts, weekends, and to learn new skills; a driving license is a plus. We offer growth in a fast-moving auto-service ecosystem.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent certificate.
• Able to work in shift, public holiday and weekends.
• Healthy and fit to work.
• Have driving or riding license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory and stock check daily.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management.
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Create video content for marketing and branding purposes.
• Assist in marketing activities, campaigns, and events as required.
• Willing to learn something new are welcome.
