Job summary

GEMILANG KRAI SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee daily plantation tasks, assign duties to workers and ensure targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to monitor attendance, performance, and progress while working outdoors.

Based in Malaysia, you will travel within plantation areas as needed, enforce safety procedures, and maintain basic daily records for reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in plantation/forestry/agriculture.
• Experience as a mando, field supervisor, or team leader is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage workers and work independently.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel within plantation areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to plantation workers
• Monitor workers' attendance, performance, and work progress
• Ensure daily work targets and operational schedules are achieved
• Supervise planting, maintenance, and other field activities
• Ensure proper work procedures and safety requirements are followed
• Monitor the use of tools, equipment, fertilisers, and materials
• Maintain basic daily work records and report progress to management
