You'll progress through competency levels, contribute to live operations worldwide, and complete a capstone project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering within the previous 12 months.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel extensively and work rotations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate leadership potential, learning agility and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical bootcamps, on-the-job training, and competency-based development
• Execute field operations alongside experienced engineers
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain technical equipment and services
• Apply procedures and make decisions in dynamic environments
• Support customers and field crews during critical operations
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure successful execution
