Job summary

Bitget Limited is recruiting for a multilingual customer support role in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle Fiat-related inquiries, assist with deposits/withdrawals, and verify accounts (KYC).

The job requires strong Mandarin and English communication and experience in fintech or crypto sectors. You will coordinate with payment providers and internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in fintech, payments, banking, e-commerce, or crypto-related industries.
• Candidates with cryptocurrency/Web3 experience or a strong interest in the crypto industry are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support for Fiat-related products and services via live chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist users with fiat deposits, withdrawals, payment processing, order status, account verification (KYC), and other transaction-related inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and promptly in both Chinese and English.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams, payment providers, and relevant stakeholders when necessary.
• Identify, document, and escalation potential risks, fraud cases, payment exceptions, and system issues according to internal procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collect user feedback and identify recurring issues to support service and product improvements.
• Keep up to date with fiat payment processes, platform policies, and cryptocurrency industry developments.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in fintech, payments, banking, e-commerce, or cryptocurrency-related industries.
• Candidates with cryptocurrency/Web3 experience or a strong interest in the crypto industry are preferred.
• Familiarity with fiat payment methods, deposits, withdrawals, KYC, AML, and transaction processes is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
