SD Guthrie Berhad invites graduates to join our PROTÉGÉ Programme, a 1-year development track in SD Guthrie International (Bintulu). The February 2027 intake offers hands-on training across Logistics, Maintenance & Engineering, Quality Control, Kernel Crushing Plant, and Accounts.

• Malaysian graduates unemployed or seeking structured development.
• Degree in one of the listed fields with CGPA 2.7+.
• Interest in a 1-year hands-on development programme.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 1-year on-the-job training across multiple departments.
• Engage in structured development activities and rotations.
• Contribute to department projects during the programme.
