• Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner
• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling of items or services at the point of service
• Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales
• Be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience
• Understand customer's needs and latest industry news and trends
• Ensure the Brand's image is portrayed positively at all times
• Assist in general cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise
