Job summary

ICHOR Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail‑oriented FAIR/Quality Technician to compile First Article Inspection reports according to customer requirements and to ensure accuracy before submission. The role involves performing sanity checks, reviewing customer drawings and inspection reports, and preparing periodic reports for customers, with presentations as required.

It requires high school education and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compile all FAIR reports based on customer requirements.
• Perform sanity checks and submit compiled FAIR package into Customer Portal.
• Prepare periodic reports as required by customer and present accordingly.
• Review and evaluate customer drawings and inspection reports.
• Identify possible areas for improvement in FAIR processes.

This role will compile all FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) report based on customer requirements, perform sanity check and submit compiled FAIR package into Customer Portal. This role will also prepare periodic reports as required by customer and present accordingly

• Ensures that all of the parts, materials, and services that a company produces are of a consistently high standard
• Ensure that FAIR meets all of the customer requirements and standards
• Able to review and evaluate customer drawings and inspection reports
• Able to review and evaluate problem reports and quality complaints
• Identifying possible areas for improvement in FAIR processes.
