Job summary

ICHOR Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Technician to assist Quality Engineers in resolving production issues and ensuring products meet customer requirements at every manufacturing stage. The role includes testing and taking corrective action on non-conformances.

Responsibilities also involve reviewing drawings and inspection reports, evaluating problem reports, and contributing to continuous improvements in FAIR processes to sustain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a FAIR/Quality Technician.
• High-level of visual awareness.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience drafting reports and collating data.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Assist/support the Quality Engineers by providing production expertise to resolve Quality issues.

Job description

Assist/support the Quality Engineers by providing production expertise to resolve Quality issues within the production operation. Ensure that the product meets customer’s requirements (both internal and external) at each stage of its manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing and where necessary take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. Report quality issues data, ensuring the Quality Management System is adhered to at all stages

• Ensures that all of the parts, materials, and services that a company produces are of a consistently high standard
• Ensure that FAIR meets all of the customer requirements and standards
• Able to review and evaluate customer drawings and inspection reports
