Job summary

Wiwynn Technology Service Malaysia is seeking a technician to diagnose and debug server motherboard issues. The role involves using test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supply) and reading schematics to identify faulty boards and ensure timely release to production.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with a professional certificate or diploma in IT/electrical/electronic fields, or related engineering disciplines, are preferred. Basic MS Office skills are required.

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate (SKM, IKM, etc.), Diploma (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Experience in trouble shooting or debug related server board will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy, MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Able to use the equipment and tools to run diagnostic and analyze on server motherboard and identify the non-good server board during debugging.
• Experience with Test and Measurement equipment and reading electronic schematics for server board debugging.
• Reading and interpreting schematic diagrams to troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose server motherboard.
• Ensure non-good server boards are timely resolved and released to production accordingly.
• Understand and practice error code debugging process and flow accordingly.
• Debug WIP inventory control.

• Able to use the equipment and tools to run diagnostic and analyze on server mother board and identify the non-good server board such as error code during the debugging process.
• Experience with Test and Measurement equipment such as Oscilloscope, Digital Multi-Meter, Power Supply, Short Locator, network analyzer and reading electronic schematic as well as using diagnostic tool on server board debugging.
• Experience in diagnostic and error code debugging on electronic module (sub assembly and full assembly)
• Reading and interpreting schematic diagrams to use in troubleshooting, debugging, and diagnosing of server mother board.
• To ensure that non good server board are timely resolved and released to production accordingly.

• Understand and practice error code debugging process and flow accordingly.
• Debug WIP inventory control.
