Supermicro is seeking an engineer to repair production defective PCBA boards and assist with failure analysis. You will collaborate with R&D to resolve non-conformance, support NPI builds, and contribute to continuous improvement while handling basic debugging and testing tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of repair experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Windows and basic Linux.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, with 3–5 years of repair experience in PCBA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Experience with soldering/desoldering and BGA rework is preferred.
• Exposure to PCBA testing and inspection processes is desirable.
• Familiarity with Windows; basic Linux knowledge is an added value.

Mansioni

• Participate in repair of production defective PCBA boards following procedures.
• Perform failure analysis and repair with tooling support.
• Prepare failure analysis reports and repair records for traceability.
• Support NPI builds with basic debugging and repair of boards.
• Collaborate with product engineering to resolve production issues.
