Job summary

Versatile Creation Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking a Facility Specialist Engineer (CRM) to manage cleanroom contamination control, facility monitoring, and continuous improvement in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment.

You will lead audits, troubleshoot equipment, support qualification and expansion projects, and mentor teams, with a focus on EHS compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in facility engineering, industrial maintenance, or operations.
• Experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and technical improvement activities.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve OOC/OOS events and engineering issues.
