The role focuses on supervision, preventive maintenance planning, staff development, and adherence to CBRE RISE values while delivering effective engineering and technical services to clients in Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering diploma or SKM is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs).
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Recruit, supervise, and coordinate building maintenance and engineering staff.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all assigned facilities.
• Inspect facilities regularly and report on building condition and maintenance requirements.
• Assign and oversee work orders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all maintenance activities.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Coaches junior tradespeople and shares knowledge of own job discipline and practices.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to accept ideas.
• Works within broad guidelines and policies.
• Impacts a range of customer, operation, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
