Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Facility Manager to lead the Facility Management and Security functions across the Batu Kawan site. You will ensure reliable infrastructure, safety, and cost-effective operations, coordinating maintenance, security, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires managing internal customers, supervising contractors, and driving continuous improvements. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in manufacturing facilities, with at least 2 years of leadership,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in a manufacturing environment with facilities focus.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing technical teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, safety, environmental compliance, and ISO systems (ISO 14001/45001/50001).

Responsibilities

• Lead Facility Management and Security functions for site infrastructure and safety.
• Drive KPI achievement for facilities management and reliable utility supply.
• Plan and manage maintenance concepts, including extensions and upgrades.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders such as production and other functions.
• Ensure compliance with authorities and environmental regulations across site.
• Oversee outsourced service providers per company policies.
• Maintain documentation for FCM operations and maintenance records.
• Collaborate on ISO/EMS improvements (ISO16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001).
• Work with regional teams to align with corporate security requirements.
