Job summary

Dexcom is offering a Facilities Soft Services Intern position in Penang, Malaysia. The role supports daily operations across janitorial, waste management, pantry, event management, landscaping, pest control, transportation and lockers.

You’ll liaise with vendors, assist in admin tasks, and help improve employee experience within the facility. You are pursuing a degree related to facilities, possess strong communication skills, and are able to multitask with attention to detail while using MS

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of soft services such as janitorial, waste management, pantry and cafeteria services, event management, landscaping, pest control, transportation, and lockers.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and track performance.
• Assist with documentation, work orders, inventory management, and other admin tasks.
• Address employee queries related to soft services and help improve the user experience in the facility.
• Assist in ad-hoc improvements projects and propose fresh ideas for soft services.
